Return & Refund Policy

At The Wellstead Storehouse, many of our products are thoughtfully created and made to order. Because production begins specifically for each purchase, all made to order sales are final, except as outlined below.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, color preferences, or other personal purchasing decisions.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every Storehouse order to arrive as expected.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hello@wellsteadcollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we will work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Because many items are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, orders generally cannot be canceled.

If an order has not entered production, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation.

Refunds

All made to order sales are final unless an exception applies.

Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Refunds may be issued for verified order issues, unavailable merchandise, or other circumstances where required by applicable law.

When approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Nonreturnable Items

Gift cards, personalized merchandise, and final sale items are not eligible for discretionary returns or exchanges.

This does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
